Hotel a Zona sud-est di Jacksonville

“We recently stayed at this newer Hyatt property and unfortunately were very underwhelmed. The staff was friendly, which I do appreciate, but the overall cleanliness and experience did not meet the standards I associate with the Hyatt brand. When we entered the room, there were crumbs left on the counters, dust covering the lamps, and even dead bugs on the floor. The walls/floors also seemed very thin because we could clearly hear the people upstairs, and dogs barking early in the morning around...

“This is a beautiful hotel right next to May Clinic. We were there for a graduation party and the food was excellent, the staff was great and the room was spacious with all the amenities.”

“Overall, our stay was nice. I think the price was a little high for the size room we had. Also would've been nice to have a small microwave, but we did have a mini fridge, which was nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the A/C worked like a dream. I didn't sample the breakfast. My husband thought the choices were lacking but said the food was still good. The staff were also kind and welcoming.”

“The room was clean but it definitely needs to be updated and deep cleaned. The bed was hard as a rock. I stayed for 7 days and asked for more towels day 4 from the cleaning crew and she told me no. I waited 20 min at the front desk to check in I had to call the hotel to get someone to come up and check me in. It wasn't a horrible experience but I won't stay here again”

“Room was nice and the woman who worked nights was very friendly and helpful. I had a few very pleasant convos with her. The only issue I had was the tv was really hard to work- she had to come down with a separate remote. It did the same thing the next night, so I just watched my tablet instead. But it was clean & nice and I will most likely stay again.”

“The breakfast was fresh with the exception of the oranges which were past their time and dried out. There was very little wifi available. It kept going on and off. Also the television kept going on and off. They did change our room but the problems continued.”
